We spend a lot of time discussing very technical problems, so you’ll need to know how to communicate succinctly.

We need people who know exactly what ‘great’ looks like, so that we are all aiming high enough with what we build.
Proactivity
Everyone is given a high amount of autonomy. You won’t have a manager checking in on you, so you’ll need to be a driven self-starter.
Curiosity
We need people who are eager to search out the what’s and the why’s - even if it means reaching out to a customer to ask.
Experience
We need to know that you’ve done something comparable before so we can operate on a 100% trust basis upfront.
The process
Our interview process is simple and fast. Here's what you can expect from the experience with us:
30-minute intro call with the founder or VP
45-minute ways of working call with the founder or VP
An hour technical interview to go over your work and what your strengths are
One or two 20-minute chats with the rest of the team, so you can meet who you'll be working with
We make a decision - and share an offer if you're successful.
That's it! - We usually aim to wrap up the process within two weeks.
